Well, after a month and a half, here she is. I present, the USS Midnight, NCC-89520.

Now, I hate that I have to say this, but the time for criticism is over. This is how it's gonna be, I could go on the rest of my life tweaking the model if I wanted to, but you draw the line at a point in time and this is it. The model is complete in my eyes, so if you have criticism, keep it to yourself now.
That being said, weapons effects are not finalized, but I know what it is I intend to do with them, but they still look pretty cool in this shot.

Enjoy!

I used a procedural material, so yes. By doing it this method, I can actually animate the energy ripples and stuff in the pahsers

No way, that'd be far too simplistic!

Effective maybe for the distant ones, but I mean, doesn't that phaser beam that's closest to the camera look so much better than a simple blue glowing line?

When i think of 'textured' phasers i think Plasma or Ion based weapons.

Well remember, these aren't technically phasers and even still, phasers have always been textured since TNG

I agree more contrast is needed in the ripples, however, I'm not fiddling with it today, it takes 2 hours to render that single image

Well I have two animated shots rendered, going to do some more. I have a small introduction type video that I'm making for it, so you should hopefully see it sometime within a week

Sorry that even the HD looks blotchy, it's a mistake on my part and at the cost of approx 24 hours per shot, I'm not re-rendering, this will do fine for a test video
